Purpose: The purpose of this course is to provide the professional with insight and the skill set needed to successfully function in a leadership and managerial role.
Course Description: This course covers in depth the topics of communication, organizational structures, and evaluation procedures. The class structure centers around 360 degree feedback , leaderless group exercises and simulations that will allow individuals to participate in and observe positive and negative models of effective behavior. Each participant will determine how to identify specific strengths and developmental needs during the course of the workshop.

Course Description: This course covers in depth the topics of leadership, communications and teamwork. The class structure centers around 360 degree feedback gathered as pre-work, leaderless group exercises and simulations that will allow individuals to participate in and observe positive and negative models of effective behavior. Each participant will receive feedback on his or her specific strengths and developmental needs during the course of the workshop.

Purpose: The purpose of this course is for a company to help its executives sharpen their leading and influencing skills.
Course Description: This course is a powerful 3-day leadership process, which helps teams and individuals from diverse organizations address their critical issues of leadership. The effectiveness of this training stems from its unique blend of the personal and the practical. HILS is a highly interactive process. Performance profiles and 360° questionnaires help each person identify his or her leadership strengths and learn to address challenges with the courage that comes from personal mastery.
