Topic: Sexual Harassment
Purpose: The purpose of this course is to provide participants with knowledge and training to recognize, address and prevent sexual harassment occurrences.
Course Description: This course will cover Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibiting sexual harassment. This session will address the legal definition of harassment, workplace prevention practices, and guidelines on how to recognize harassment behaviors. Published EEOC guidelines proclaim that the employer is responsible for sexual harassment acts of it agents and supervisory employees, regardless of whether the employer knew or should have known of their occurrence. Participants will learn to identify topics such as hostile environments, quid pro quo, inappropriate behavior and unwelcome advances.

Topic: Interviewing and Selection Workshop
Purpose: The purpose of this course is to provide the participant with insight and the skill set needed to successfully interview and select candidates.
Course Description: This course covers in-depth the topics of legal interviewing techniques, elimination of errors during the interviewing process, behavioral based assessment, and conducting in depth interviews.
Duration: 8 hours (one day)
