Randy is the Director of Business Development at HRD Strategies. He has 30+ years of private-sector leadership as a trusted HR business partner at plant, division, and corporate levels across a broad spectrum of organizations in multiple states and international locations. While in those various operations, he encountered several cross-cultural work environments (American/Canadian/German/Hispanic/Japanese/Korean).
He has had domestic multi-site responsibilities for full-cycle talent acquisition, employee relations, and legal interface on a myriad of employment issues.
Randy holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University, is an Army veteran, published author, and has been a national SHRM member for over 35 years including a stint as President of the Southern Kentucky SHRM chapter.
