Nina Lovett, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
Nina Lovett is President and Managing Partner with HRD Strategies. Nina’s professional experience spans both the public and private sectors including aviation, engineering/construction, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has 20+ years of HR leadership experience in various local, multi-state, international and global organizations. She joined HRD Strategies in 2008 to boost and expand their HR expertise and footprint.
Nina’s experience includes providing executive level day-to-day human resources leadership and direction for organizations, counsel to operations management regarding policies, procedures, as well as state and federal regulatory compliance requirements. Areas of expertise includes employee relations, benefits, compensation, workforce development, employment law, and recruiting. Additionally, Nina Lovett is often called upon by client organizations for start-up and shutdown activities to ensure compliance and employee relations issues are appropriately planned and executed.
Nina Lovett is also accredited as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). In addition to maintaining her own Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) certification for almost 20 years, she has developed and delivered presentations that have qualified for HRCI credit for attendees. Additionally, Nina is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honored Nina as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business.
