LIT was designed to help individuals and teams within the same organization create and launch their own leadership development process. It addresses both personal and business growth. The LIT follow-up process with participants ensures that the skills and practices are being applied and making a difference. This follow-up occurs over a period of six to nine months to lock-in the benefits by ensuring commitment, reinforcing action plans and providing additional skills and processes. Individual coaching and specific team development work can be supplied as needed.
